andrew coleman: I purchased this as a backup as I was so impressed by the first one i bought. I hunt big game with a few knives as I find it much quicker to switch out for a fresh one rather than stop and sharpen when it gets dull. As this knife was very affordable compared to my others I wasn't expecting it to perform the way it did. I got through an entire moose in a challenging situation, and when I got the animal home it was still sharp enough to skin the entire thing. Absolutely incredible edge profile.

Amazon カスタマー: 箱出しの状態でもかなり切れ味よく、購入翌日に山中で鹿を捌きましたが、先端の薄い部分は皮を良く切りますし、厚い根元付近は肋を叩いて切るには十分で、おかげでかなり迅速な解体処理が出来ました。
ただしまだ購入したばかりで耐久性は分かりません。マイクロベベルがないので欠けやすい(一回で刃こぼれ少々)のは当然だし、ステンレスなので研ぎやすいかどうか、軽い研ぎでパフォーマンスが回復するか、はこれからですね。この辺で星一つ減です。
色も明るいオレンジで、山で見分けが付きやすく好印象。
マウントは、、、思ったより鞘とマウントの密着が緩く、すぐ外れてしまうのは私のやり方が悪いからかも。まあ腰刺しで使えば問題なしです。
とにかく最初の印象は最高でした！末長く使える事を願っています。

James: The knife comes sharp. Not as sharp as you can get it with a bit of work on a whetstone, but good enough to cut paper without much resistance. The MOLLE attachment process could be better, and I do worry that it will come detached easier than I'd like, but it hasn't been a problem so far.

Travis: Sharp out of the box. My wife bought this for me for christmas. This is the second one I've got this year I bought a green one without the molle mount just the belt loop. I love it tried and tested awesome. Will own probably more them in the future. I'm excited to put this one on my backpack for hiking and camping this summer. This one is the orange Wich will be easier to find if I drop it....

DerHerrFreitag: Das Kansbol ist ein robustes und scharfes Messer, das einen lange begleiten kann. Geeignet für Outdoor und Garten mit angenehmen Griff und guter Klingenlänge. Die Köcherscheide ist funktional und hält das Messer gut (Optik muss jeder für sich selbst bewerten). Der Multi-Mount ist haptisch okay, hat mich aber enttäuscht. Die Köcherscheide wird einfach nur eingehakt und durch ein Klettband und die Messersicherung gehalten. Das Plastik selber ist recht dünn und wirkt nicht sehr robust. Enttäuscht haben mit die zwei mitgelieferten Klettbänder zur weiteren Befestigung, da hier weiche und raue Seite nicht einmal in einem Band kombiniert sind (das kann man sich so auch von der Meterrolle in der Nähabteilung kaufen). Der Multimount ist m.E. den Aufpreis nicht wert, an Molle oder anderen Befestigungssystemen bekommt man die Köcherscheide auch so gut befestigt, Klett- oder anderes Band bekommt man besser und günstiger. Alleine wenn man die Köcherscheide mit Schrauben befestigen will, mag der Multimount praktikabel sein. Im Set war der Preis okay, aber die ~24EUR, die der Multimount einzeln kostet ist er definitiv nicht wert.

Mein Fazit: Super Messer aber mäßiges...

Andrew Easternman: You really must be joking. Mora knows better than this--I'm sure of it; and why they put out a superb knife with this whole cockamaime holster which flops around all topsy-turvy when ya walk... I have absolutely know clue. The knife is first rate, and well-made. The holster and it's obnoxious and annoying leather strap on the other hand... utterly ruins the whole entire experience, for me. Because it is really just that terrible. The entire plastic sheath--knife and all flops out onto the floor when I walk, and it twirls around out of control. Pathetic engineering of the holster, and stupid!!

Guido Thieme: Wer gern in der Natur ist und dort etwas Schnitzen will oder muss, der sollte diesem Messer eine Chance geben. Natürlich ist das Kansbol kein "Survival-Masser" und man damit keine Eichen fällen, aber es ist ein Schneidteufel, der sich ins Holz nur so hineinbeißt.
Der gummierte Griff erlaubt auch mit nassen Händen oder glatten Handschuhen ein sicheres Arbeiten und volle Kontrolle über das Messer. Feine Schnitzarbeiten sind ebenso möglich wie das schnelle Abtragen größerer Späne, zum Beispiel beim Anspitzen von Heringen, das Kansbol "beißt" sich ins Holz. Auch für andere Arbeiten beim Lagerbau oder Camping ein treuer Begleiter.
Wer Hacken oder Batonieren möchte ist aber beim Kanbol an der falschen Adresse, auch Hebeln und Brechen sollte man mit diesem feinen Stück Schwedenstahl nicht unbedingt, klar, es geht schon, nur wie oft? Außerdem möchte man sich die wirklich heftige Schärfe im Auslieferungszustand gern eine Weile erhalten.
Die Bedienung einer Feuerstahls gestaltet sich - dank angeschliffenen Messerrückens - extrem einfach, die Funken spritzen nur so. Eben dieser Rücken dient mir auch zum entrinden von Stöcken und zum "Hobeln" von...

Benjamin Swofford: I knew the knife would be great. The name is one the standard bearers of outdoor knives. Razor sharp, comfortable to hold and grippy. What I wasn’t sure of was would the blade strike some sparks on a ferro rod. Man! Am I impressed. The flood of sparks I can make of the spine of this knife are crazy. It is now an essential part of my SAR kit via the molle attachment on the sheath. Disregard any negative comments on this. Any trouble perceived is most likely user error. Mine is on tight and has held on with a fair amount of abuse. I would highly recommend this knife for any bushcraft or basic camp task. By the way I believe this knife is a 3/4 tang.

For the average everyday user this knife is great. If you've had a mora before you know what you're getting for quality already.
The Molle attachment setup is not bad if that's how you're looking to mount it. And the belt carry strap is also nice. I wish they had the retaining strap usable with belt carry no just the mole setup. So I modified mine a little. It was a great carry all week during a hunting trip. And I never worried about it getting loose or rattling once combining the two strap setups.
