Matt: I bought this product and a faulty knife was delivered to me. I wrote a 1-star review about it's faults and I immediately got a personal email from the company saying that they would replace the product free of charge and let me keep the faulty one as well. As of the customer service, 10/10, but the knife does need to be redesigned since the glass breaker doesn't succeed it's purpose of breaking glass, even with all my strength it didn't even crack or chip the glass. It's also not a very sharp knife but it will cut. For the price, this is a good quality knife for beginners like me who don't have a hundred dollars to spend on a safety/self defense knife.

Mayra I.: I got the first knife and though it was a heavy and great quality knife it would not close once I opened it. I emailed the seller and they responded right away. It took a while to get the replacement but it was my fault as I did not respond to the seller quickly. Once I did respond with the necessary information I got my replacement quickly. The new knife opens and closes just fine. I don't always leave reviews but this seller deserves one.
To the seller I recommend uploading a detailed video with instructions and a demonstration of how to open and close the knife. The knife doesn't automatically open for me. I suggest creating a knife that has an automatic opening like a push switch to open and close.
