Jason: We had issue with this adapter for display monitor of Lenovo IdeaPad S540 13.3" Laptop - 10th Gen. The display monitor does not work properly until we use a different adapter from other manufacturer.

I am also not happy that it needs to install an app from this hardware to my computer for it to work.

I had to return it. sorry.

Fuzoid: It works pretty well. It gets a little warm, so a future rendition could have some cooling fins to help with heat transfer. So far it works as intended. I will update if it stops working as intended.

Update: only had for a few days and the hdmi port on this device causes my external monitor to periodically shut off and on. Also my monitor now has a greenish-tint whenever I use this product. I have dropped my rating from 4 stars to 2. The hdmi port may be defective but the other ports work well and that is the only reason I didn’t give this product 1 star.

Update2: The driver that you must install to get the hdmi port to work has started to crash my heavier software and cause my file explorer and Microsoft Office applications to freeze. Also, heavier software will refuse to open when device is plugged in, yet functions fine when removed. Updating to 1 star as device is hindering computer performance.

Kimura: This hub has 2 USB, 1 SD, 1 microSD slot and 1 HDMI port. I purchased this for my laptop which has limited USB port. It is plug n play, so after connect it with a computer, it smoothly recognized the adapter without any delay. It is simply used as USB hub without installed any software (on windows 10), but it is required to install provided driver to use HDMI out. Simple installation, plug and play, everything works as it is described. The slot of the SD card is little tight. The lock switch of sd card was sliding down as you put it in to the slot. So I have to push it to the other side as much as I can. Other than that, the adapter built is very solid and sturdy. Doesn't feels any cheap plastic material. All connection and slots are not loose, so whenever i connected or inserted anything, it is pop up in a computer right away. Good adapter at reasonable price. I am satisfied with it.

Bozackman: The media could not be loaded.  Although I think it doesn't mean anything, the hub is super light. Very straight forward plug and play. You will need to install the driver to use the HDMI port. It provides both O.S version and PC version. Just select the one you need to install. Installation takes about 3 minutes. Two USB 2.0 ports can be used to charge your device and transfer data. Don't expect the charging speed can match the speed of a wall charger though. It's the same to most hubs too, unless they state otherwise. For transfer speed, it’s not as fast as direct connection. Actually, it has a great drop in speed. In summary, this hub is easy to use and does a fair job.

M. BrullaM. Brulla: The media could not be loaded.  I DJ on the side and was tired of running out of USB ports. Picked this up thinking it would be just what the doctor ordered. It works ok for my needs, but does have some opportunities.

1) YES, it works with Android OTG. I saw the seller reply that it didn't, but I will say it does. Using an OTG adapter I was able to connect 2 USB drives and one SD card (more on why next) with full transferability between the three devices and my phone. Great feature.

2) Only one SD card slot, micro or full, can be used at one time. I experienced inconsistent results when having two inserted at one time, so it is best to simply have one at a time.

3) Full SD slot is very shallow. While the microSD is nicely inset, the regular SD is just barely inserted. This would have been much better if it were further inside. Almost feels like the...
