Betty's Girl: This hand grip is secured by screws and while we didn't install them ourselves, the person who did this for us said it was an easy job. We use them everyday as an aid getting into and out of the shower. This is the second one I've purchased. Very pleased with this purchase and recommend them for folks any age.
