Ray Pichulo: What can you say about a grab rail? It arrived undamaged and on time.
This is a nice size and the mounting screws hold it firmly in place, We couldn't attach it directly to the studs so used a couple of 2x8 scraps to anchor it to the shower stall wall.

ShandanShandan: I bought the 42" bar and it was pretty easy to install. I did not use the provided fasteners because I was drilling into block wall so I had gotten 3-1/4" tapcons. The bar is secured to the wall but this is by no means waterproof even with the escutcheon so I would recommend putting sealant around if you're using in a shower. Mine is above the tub which makes me feel a little better about it not getting as wet. I was surprised that drywall anchors were not included like shown in the video installation where the product photos are. It didn't really affect me though since I was going into block. I would recommend this but definitely seal around the escutcheon if it's near water.

I have two 5' x 7 1/2' ADA accessible wet room bathrooms w/curbless showers with inward opening 36" doors.
I have three grab bars in the shower (all dual purpose). 1 - has integrated adjustable handheld shower head holder, 1 (L shape) - has integrated wire soap dish, 1 - has integrated removable shelf for shampoo, etc.
I was able to install the 42" grab bars in front of the toilets and behind the doors in the 3 1/2" space behind the doors without the door hitting the grab bar. The bar is the perfect distance to reach for assistance in rising from the toilet. The 42" length is perfect for dual use as a towel bar behind the door.
By dual purposing all my grab bars, my tiny, accessible wet room bathrooms look very neat and streamlined.
