Merriwether M: Beautiful knife, well balanced. I like that the blade and handle shaft are all one piece of steel. The previous knife blade I owned, the blade's steel back end was only embedded a short distance in a plastic handle and eventually the handle snapped. This knife will give me years of service.

Rene Du Bousquet: The media could not be loaded. I am chef and have received multiple compliments from other chefs about this knife. I love to brag about it. Today I filleted 70 lbs of striped bass (9) and a 30 lb halibut and it’s still sharp and ready for more. I am buying more just to have, maybe I’ll gift one.

Susan Piper: I like to remove the breast meat, quarters and wings from a turkey before roasting. Due to the narrower blade than most others, this knife made it a cinch to follow the non-linear curves of doing such. I'm certain that this knife will find many other uses in my kitchen. Yes, I would highly recommend this knife.
