Sharell Dungeon: My husband and I love the fact that we can adjust the height Of the hoop. It's very top heavy so you have to tether it to something solid we couldn't use the base because there was a very large crack in it when it arrived

Mr Thomas M Banford: What a wonderful company to deal with. I was very disappointed to find when I filled the base with water that there was a manufacturing fault with it, and part of the moulded seam in the base leaked. I brought this to the attention of the vendors (Western United) and I have to say I was extremely impressed with their customer service. All communications were very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience this had caused. They replaced the faulty item, and it was delivered less than a week after I brought the initial fault to their attention. I would have no hesitation in recommending this vendor to anyone. 100% satisfied. Thank you so much.
