Amazon Reader: This is a very sturdy basketball hoop that will last my grandkids for a long time. They're just two and four right now, but they can still get the ball into the hoop. The little one has to stand on the step to get it in, but she'll be tall enough in about a month. When it gets warmer, they'll put it in the driveway, but for now, lots of energy is getting expended in the family room. I did buy an extra set of balls so they can both shoot.

Darryl: My 3 year old son "graduated" from the little tikes basketball goal. So I had to get him one that raised much higher. He plays on this goal every single day. It doesn't give us issues at all. Even I shoot on it. :)

Mrs Waters: I bought this one to upgrade my 5 year olds one he had since 1. That one is much better as this one slides down. My whole point in purchasing was to raise it higher for him - but I’m going to raise it to the highest setting and then use duct tape to keep it In place.

The net is also small too…even the ball that comes w it struggles to get through. As I type this thinking i should have rated it a 2.

I wish I would return it but we threw the box away -and my son loves it. He thinks he has super strength when he shoots it and the hoop slides down.

Marcia D.: I was nervous about ordering this because of some of the one star reviews that I read, mentioned the break away rim didn’t go back into position and the height adjustments didn’t stay in place. I just got it today, so I have no problems so far. Instructions are easy to follow. I had to push pretty hard to get some of the pieces to lock together, but I figured that was good, they wouldn’t come apart. I bought this for my 4 year old great nephew, and the lowest height is perfect for him. He loves it. He got 2 baskets and was really excited. He won’t be doing any slam dunks, so no worries about the rim. For a young child, this is perfect.
