Amazon Customer: I purchased these for use in my rabbit barn for ventilation. They have been great. Keeps a nice breeze moving and they are a LOT quieter than traditional barn fans. Which is great because rabbits are more sensitive to sound.

S. Hoffman: I own a portable extractor and clean my home's carpets. After fooling around with box fans and being too cheap to spend $200 or more for a real fan, I came across this Max Storm model and bought 2 of them. Holy tornado Batman! These guys rock. I work as a property adjuster and am around this type of fan a lot. They are probably not quite on par with the commercial grade models as far as sheer power goes, but they are not far off, and they are quieter than the most powerful fans. They are full size fans.
They do not have a "carpet clip" (for securing carpet to its snout to blow air under it) and the shape of the fan is not really conducive to stacking them, and they do not have Daisy Chain plugs, although the cords are good and long. I don't care about these commercial features, but those who do water mitigation for a living will.
Did some carpet cleaning and using these had the floor fully dry in about 1 hour. Was able to plug both fans into one outlet with no issues. The info says they draw 5 amps and my experience reflects that also. Glad I have them and recommend to anyone who does home or even commercial carpet cleaning.
