Nic Landstrom: The only way to make Italian beef sandwiches. Add 1 spicy and 1 mild jar into a pot with a 5-7 lb rump roast or chuck roast. Serve on French roll or baguette!

Chris Duggan: The "Hot" peppers are a great temperature and flavor where as the "Medium" or "Mild" (can't remember what it says on the jar) have zero spice at all. I will definitely buy the hot ones again but probably won't get the medium ones as they just didn't do the trick on what we cook.

Frank Pappalardo: We love the product, but both times we've ordered there have been issues with the packaging. The first time there was a small crack in one of the plastic lids, which caused some of the oil to leak out. The second time, the lids were intact, but one of the bottles was still oily; and this time there were ants!
We were able to use the giardiniera both times, after carefully washing the bottles. But it's not a very pleasant experience.

Meagan G.: I went to Chicago a few years back and ate at a restaurant and had the best Giardiniera and asked what brand it was, she told me and I took a picture and lost it! So I called them up to ask what brand it was and they could not give me that info, so it led me to find another brand and hopefully it was just as good - Well I found Marconi here on Amazon with great reviews and ordered 2 jars- OMG it is fantastic - even better that the brand I had in Chicago - it came package in bubble wrap but the mild one still leaked - not the end of the world - I immediately refrigerated it and made some Italian beef sandwiches....This stuff is the BEST - crunchy- full of flavor!!! I went through the mild jar in 2 days! Don't hesitate, you will love it!!!
