Mommasita: This was super easy to install. Followed the video and it was installed in minutes. Also, easy to clean as the seat is removable without any tools. This seat works perfect with the Luxe bidet. One of the pieces was missing and we called Luxe. They have first class customer service. The missing piece was mailed at no charge and a follow up email was received. First class customer service!!! Highly recommend.

Peggy: Works extremely well with the bidet feature. Previous seat didn’t fit very good with the bidet. This is the only seat I would use with the bidet feature.

Nolan: This is my second Luxe toilet seat that I have purchased. The first one was for my toilet that includes a Luxe bidet. However, I purchased this one for my guest bathroom toilet that does not have the bidet (as this seat can be used in either situation). The seat is extremely easy to install, and installs very snug and tight to the bowl. It also allows for adjustments so that you can get the seat perfectly centered on the bowl (in case the bolt holes of the toilet were not cast perfectly). The plastic is high quality and not flimly, and the rubber bumpers on the bottom allow for the seat to have full, soft contact with the rim of the bowl. The best part is that when you lift the seat to the raised position, you can simply remove it from the anchor posts for easy cleaning! When the seat is in any other position, it is locked onto the anchor bolts. Lifting it to the open position releases the "lock" so that you can lift it up to clean.

RG: Bought this at the same time as a LUXE Neo 185. Super easy to install, has not slipped once after months of use. This seat sits flat against the toilet, unlike some other seats that lose contact when installed with a bidet and then flex when you sit down.
The best part is, with the quick attach system, if we ever need to replace the seat we can just pop the old one off and leave everything else in place. Thanks LUXE!

NeverJetHot: I have installed some toilet seats over the years, was impressed with the installation on this one. It's easy to do and sturdy once installed. The slow-drop feature eliminates toilet-slam noise. We has a padded seat for a while but the padded seats are very difficult to clean, while this one is a snap. This one is hard plastic so you sit a little lower though.
I would give it a solid five stars, but the ad made me think that it included a bidet, says bidet all over the ad and it didn't help that it was supposedly "on sale" with a regular price well over a hundred.
I was complaining about this but my wife said "Just use toilet paper like normal people".
IN SUMMARY - A good quality seat that is easy to clean, not noisy, well designed.
