Max: The listing claims this has a 'universal fit' and is easy to install, but I've hired a plumber to do it and he tells me he has never seen fittings like this. He has visited several suppliers and there are no adaptors available that could make it compatible with my toilet. What a disappointing waste of time and money!

DGP: (UPDATE) I purchased this bidet after some surgery that limited my mobility in June of 2018 and I was very pleasantly surprised with how well it worked, and how much better it was than paper. Once you learn to adjust the water stream SLOWLY to find the most comfortable pressure, and that you still have to use a small amount of paper to dry your bum it's great. I was concerned at first about it only using cold water but found that it actually felt pretty soothing. It was easy to install and I've used it every day since I purchased it until today, (4/11/22), when the connection inside the unit broke and it started leaking but since I only paid $30 bucks for it that was less than $10.00 a year so I got my monies worth. Just before writing this review I ordered a replacement because I'm hook on using one and now I keep paper in the bathroom for guests that don't want to use the bidet. I highly recommend a bidet over paper for everyone especially now that there are so many available that are fairly inexpensive, (especially if you don't mind a cold water rinse), and easily retro fitted to a toilet.

F: If you have any decent handyman (or handy-woman) skills, then this is an easy install. I read thru the instruction manual (written in pigeon English), watched a few install videos (YouTube) to be sure I fully understood the install and could avoid pitfalls.

Like: Took me under 15 minutes to install, that is after reading/watching/learning the details of how to install this kit properly. The kit came with all parts I needed, nothing broke off, and it did not leak anywhere ... Nice! Before my actual first 'seated use' of the bidet, I tested the operation to observe how it worked/behaved... On one click of the control knob - Clear water dripped out of the nozzle; at two clicks - a steady downward dribble was the result of gray/black water came out for a few seconds, then ran clear. Just like the videos showed me... At three clicks, the nozzle extended and gave a 'good' upward stream of clean/clear water (that I deflected with the palm of my hand back into the bowl). For the first real 'use' of the bidet, the stream found its 'target' at three clicks and I did not mind the ambient water temperature, at all. In summary... it worked ;-)

Dislike: Kit came with three mystery...

Rick P.: Fairly easy to install. Works well, nice design allows the spray valve to be removed for ease of cleaning. We were afraid it would be too cold but it was fine. First time and my wife loves it. Goodbye to skid marks in your underwear. Much better sanitary conditions down there may also help with other potential issues like hemorrhoids or UTI's.

joe: My first experience with a Bidet happened decades ago, when I was in Spain on my first flight out of the country as a Second Lieutenant with the Air National Guard. There were two “toilets” in the bathroom, one seemed to flush the “wrong way”, and I had no clue why until the Lt. Colonel with whom I was sharing the room, explained it to me. Since that time, I’ve encountered Bidets in various countries throughout Europe when I used to travel, decades ago. I’m old. On occasion I used to think that using a Bidet seemed to be a sensible idea if one wanted to actually get clean after doing the “deed”, and it seemed to me to be useful for women as well…however the trend in that direction just didn’t make it to the USA, 99% of people that I asked had never heard of a Bidet. And then there was Mr. Whipple, and the never-ending quest for softer, and even scented, TP. Scented….really?...I never did understand that. Who was going to get close enough to sniff, except maybe the neighbor’s dog?

Sam T.: I grew up with the traditional stand-alone bidets and I like these ad-ons better. For one they don't take up any space and the water shoots up from the back as opposed to underneath.
I especially like this unit. It's well-built and easy to install.
A couple of things to keep in mind.
1. The unit is white and could stand out if your bidet is not the same colour.
2. The unit lifts the back of the seat about two thirds of an inch which renders the seat slanted so you will need bumpers(sold separately) to keep it level.
