Teeekay: Lifeway blueberry kefir is the best tasting kefir I have found. It also has a fine consistency. I like it much better than the other brand sold by Whole Foods.
Here’s my story: I take a lot of medications. Approximately 37 pills and capsules a day. It is difficult for me to get the capsules down my throat. Enter kefir! My savior! With kefir I can swallow those capsules without even feeling them go down, and the pills are even easier! Before I tried kefir for my capsule swallowing efforts I was coughing them up and getting them stuck in my throat. Now they go down so easily with Lifeway kefir. My only complaint is that Amazon stopped selling the 8 ounce bottles. Hey Amazon, what happened?
