Jim B.: Saw one of these at my friend's home and realized i needed one at my house. Comes ready to install and the setup is quite easy though maybe a bit technical for some. Be sure to look up your latitude and longitude for entry into the system setup, and know your time zone relative to GMT. that's all you need to get it going. i used galvanized pipe affixed to the carport to extend the weather station out far enough from the roof eve. Working great and quite accurate, far better than phone app weather!

Kanga: Easy set up to the remote indoor and outdoor units. Connected to the web for updated moon phases etc. Didn't connect to be able to check weather remotely, that wasn't a concern for me.
Unit is bright, it's a night light for my kitchen, ha ha.
Easy to read, enjoy the min/max daily, monthly and functions

Amazon Customer - JF: Wind-speed spinner no longer measures wind speeds as it's bearing seems to have worn out. The 1 year warranty has only just expired a month ago. This is extremely disappointing and I certainly hope that the seller or manufacturer will reach out to me with a remedy as I feel that, for what I paid for this device, it deserves to last longer that a single year. It is actually pretty well made and with the multi-year batteries that were installed in it, I had hoped that it would at least last as long as the batteries.

Will someone reach out to me with options other than telling me to just buy another one?

Update 03/30/2022: Logi was contacted via their website and responded via email with the following response:

"Thank you for your message! After reviewing the available data, it appears that this item is ineligible for warranty services, as the 1-year coverage period has elapsed. Since it was purchased on Feb 24, 2021.

What we advice our customers is to put some WD-40 on the base of the wind cups and trying for it to go down the shaft of it, that usually fixes the issue. If not we sell outdoor sensors on their own. You would have to call us Monday to...

mark uniac: All in all pretty good. Installation was easy and pairing/setup worked well (follow directions precisely!) Weather underground is working fine.
First issue is that "feels like" doesn't work - it just reads the same value as outside temp.
Sunrise and sunset function does not work either - sunrise and sunset seem pegged at 6AM and6PM respectively.
So.... 2 disappointments (could be user issues but I see nothing in the documentation to address)

Donald Mulders: The instructions were clear and the sequence for setup ensured that it worked the first time! The outdoor unit was very easy to mount on a pole, and the indoor monitor provides comprehensive and accurate information. In fact, the temperature, humidity, and air pressure is very close to the local weather provided by weather.com. Using a browser to complete the monitor's configuration was also straightforward, so don't get thrown by the somewhat technical nature of setting it up. The instructions are clear and it worked the first time.

JoannaJoanna: This product is working very well for me. It takes some thought and work to set up the outside unit and a little time to familiarize yourself with the set up, pairing, and settings menu for the display. But the Instruction book is adequate. Two complaints which are not deal breakers. 1. I could not get weather underground (WU) to recognize my station as "online" after I registered it. This may have been because the Logia 7 in 1 does not appear in their menu when registering. This meant I had to go with Weather Cloud (WC) which is not quite as convenient as WU for remote monitoring on your phone because you have to pull up the website with your phone browser and log in every time rather than having the app with a home-screen icon that WU offers. WC does not offer an APP for your phone. 2. The display offers the ability to toggle between daily, weekly or monthly rainfall totals. This is a very nice feature. I just wish they had something similar in the max/min menu for temperature and wind speed where you could select the max/min for the past 24 hours and perhaps for the month too. Temperatures fluctuate diurnally and that is where the temperature max/min is most interesting to me....
