Mark: Works quite well. I am using two of these - one for each monitor - and the third monitor is my laptop screen. Apples like these. (Apples do not like the $125 ones that are supposed to be so very good - no, they don’t like them at all.)

Evelyne S: It doesn't work most of the time. Looks good, size is good and easily connects to MacBook air. Problem is it doesn't work most of the time. Unfortunately not worth the the price at all.

HL: Bought multi-port and had no issue for months and worked great, but one day it stopped working. After looking into and trying multiple steps to fix whatever problem it may have been, I gave up and contacted the seller. They were great and gave me a new device. They also said I can reach out to them again if I encounter any issue and was super nice about it. I’m going to start using the new device; so, the 5 stars are for the customer service mainly but partly for the device that worked great until it didn’t. Will update if the replacement device has any issue.

Jack Zelinko: Self-explanatory and easy to setup. I like that it’s an all in one Hub to connect my external monitor and charging cord to my MacBook Pro with just one USB-C input connection. Best part is with 4 USB ports also on the Hub, the power source can also charge my phone, AirPods, keyboard and mouse all while charging my MacBook and displaying a split HDMI monitor. Perfect setup for my power and display needs.

John C Pomeroy Jr: I am so disappointed. I really wanted this device to work, which it did for two weeks. Then my external usb 3.0 drives would not work correctly, often showing read errors. When I switched back to my “cheap” usb-c port extender attached to my MacBook, my drives again worked correctly. The only reason I am giving 1 star is that I like the design. Fortunately I am within return period.

UPDATE (2/12/19): now I’m wondering if a faulty usb-c extension cable may have been the issue; however, I have returned unit and have no way to re-test w/o suspect cable.

Lention was nice enough to send a replacement hub. Unfortunately, it was a different design that only had 2 usb-a ports versus the original that had 4 usb-a ports, which is what I really wanted and the reason I purchased that design originally. Also the usb-c input is on the opposite side of the usb-a ports, whereas on original hub had the usb-c input on the end opposite the usb-c connector to computer, exactly where I wanted it to be. Lention could you please provide me the design I originally purchased so I can re-test its functionality.

Eileen: This device does the job. My only qualm is that if I move the device a little, the connection interrupts. As long as the cord of the device is perfectly still, everything works great. I use this on my 2018 Macbook pro w/ touchbar 13 inch. When I use the device while I’m laying in bed where the surface is less stable and more mobile, this device loses connection. Maybe the cord on my particular hub is just loose. The space gray is not a perfect match to my space gray macbook pro - but it’s close. The device can get warm, not hot but warm. Other than that, I’m pleased.
