LegoGirl: I prefer this brand of Canadian bacon because it's very thin-cut: meaning, a serving size is more pieces! It also fries up crispy if that's your preference.

Capt Cliff: The slices of Canadian Bacon are cut way too thin! I have trouble picking them up on my fork they are that thin!! They should offer thin cut, like Jones Canadian Bacon. I'll not buy this item again.
