DrOttoVonBelgrade: So yes, a lot of other products offer similar packages/deals/whatever. But you aren’t really reinventing the wheel with these products so comparing a bunch of different options gets annoying because how do you really get a read in the quality. I’ll tell you this- I use thes almost every day for mobility and they hold up great. Each piece is quality and honestly, the thing I thought I wouldn’t care about (the bag) is my favorite part. Everything in one place is perfect.

Beth: The spiky ball is really good for the back. The stretch strap is super useful when my back is too painful to be able to bend further. The other smoother ball is really good for my feet! The only thing that isn't particularly useful is the stick one. The individual spots are supposed to roll, but they don't roll very well. I wish the stick was instead a thinner foam roller! Overall, it was worth every penny!

Student: I bought this due to my calves and back hurting and aching a lot for really no reason. It came with two balls (one was spikey and one was round) which I found great for rolling my feet on to massage my feet. It also came with a leg roller which I really like and have been using a lot. It kind of hurts a bit when you first use it, but it really does a good job of applying pressure to your calves and kneading the muscle like dough. My favorite thing by far is the back roller though. Its not super wide so you can really roll your back anywhere on the floor that you have 2.5 feet of space for width and your body length. I found the trick is to relax and just roll over it. It felt really good and I would definitely recommend getting it if your back hurts as well. Love this product.

Jordan M.: I bought this for the affordable foam roller, but I’ve ended up using the hard ball with amazing results. In the evenings I lean against my living room wall and get a self-customized deep tissue massage while watching TV. It’s a life saver. So many debilitating knots, I wince and I groan, but it’s worth it. Self care to the nth degree!
Be careful if you have a toddler who likes to chomp. My foam roller already has a couple bites taken out of the side lol. But it works fine still. I feel like it smooths out cellulite with long term continued use.
The stick isn’t so good, the digits don’t roll at all, but luckily I already have a different better one. Hope this helps!
