Lady A: I love my foam roller to release some of my back pressure and back pain! I learned how to use a foam roller from my Physical Therapist and bought this one for home.
Pro's: it's made of steady material.
I get great back relief at home, which has saved me time and money from seeing a Chiropractor for my back. Worth the price to me.
Light-weight.
Con's: My pets like to come around and play while I'm on the floor with the foam roller. So, it's not a true con as they make me laugh... I just need to watch to not roll over any of their tails. :)
Bottomline: I now can't imagine my days without a foam roller and I'm 100% pleased with this one!

Flashback: I purchased this with the hope that it would be soft to lie on for shoulder stretches but sadly it is only slightly softer than a dark gray Styrofoam roller that I purchased a few years ago. It is a nice solid material and the nice thing is that it seems to be perfectly round, no seams to interfere with rolling. Nice quality, just wish it was a bit softer.

Amazon Customer: This foam roller is awesome! It has just the right amount of firmness. I use it daily for recovery and for warm up before doing a workout. Would highly recommend this product especially at such a good price. My old foam roller wore out very quick but this J/Fit foam roller is in great condition and is very durable.

Marcy Smith: I bought this roller to do physical therapy exercises. A couple of sessions on this roller set me back in my therapy by two weeks. It is so rock-hard, that it was painful to use. I took it to my therapist and she was shocked at just how hard it is. I learned my lesson and will not buy something like this again online unless I have an item number or some other description that will clearly indicate exactly what I am receiving. I didn't know a foam roller could be this hard. Horrible product, and too expensive to send back. Maybe I can use it as a baseball bat or weapon.

tqmagic: Great sized foam roller with a good density, also good price and prime shipping! I use this after workout to stretch my IT bands, really has been helping my knees.

Pros:
18" is a good size for apartment storage
Perfect density - not too hard or soft
Seems of good quality

Cons:
The picture seems to have changed and now shows a longer (or narrower?) version
It does not make me coffee
