Danielle in Philadelphia suburbs: Love my Henckels Classic knives. I have owned a complete set with their wooden block for many years and use them everyday. My husband has the turkey carving duty every year at Thanksgiving and he always brings his own knives. This year he said he wanted to add a boning knife to add to the collection after watching an excellent YouTube video my Martha Stewart on how to carve a turkey.

I was happy to find the matching boning knife to add to our set.

By the way, these knives are an excellent quality and my husband and I both highly recommend the Classic series. They are a good investment and they are easy to keep sharp using the Henckels Sharpening Steel.
