If this is truly collapsible treadmill the manufacturer could have everything assembled prior to shipping. then customer would have minimal set up out of the box. The included hardware has no labeling. I can't tell which hole the screws go in. Two different size Allen wrenches and 4 gaskets. no idea where they go. As far as I can tell if these screws are installed it won't be collapsible. Plus, I barely got it in the house because delivery is not to the door, and this weighs over 70 pounds. If you are not 70 and able to read really small diagrams whose instructions don't match the treadmill this is for you. My next call is to a junk hauler, and I'll find different way to get my steps in the house.

Fit perfectly in my condo. Easy to put away. Almost completely assembled. A little bit of slippage if you don’t use the oil regularly. Only real downside is no heart rate monitor and the control panel can barely hold a phone or water bottle. But otherwise, great product.
