Get Fit with the Sunny Health & Fitness Exercise Treadmill

Sunny: I liked everything about this machine. It fit perfectly exactly where I wanted to put it. I am not interested in running fast for exercise or to build ultimate muscles. I have a blood clot in my leg and I must walk in order to help it go away. Walking on the sidewalk is not great and is painful after a while. This little Sunny machine is perfect for my needs.

Michelle BakerMichelle Baker: Very disappointed with the amount of damage on my newly delivered treadmill. Welds were half done and very choppy, rust was visible, paint was gouged, screw holes were drilled out way to big and not even in a circle. Not to mention the area where your hands go was not installed properly by manufacturer causing sharp edge of plastic to hang down beyond where it was supposed to be. Even the emblem on the treadmill was highly warped and raised. Extremely disappointed with this item I expected better from Amazon due to being a prime customer for 10+ years. However their quality control has gone extremely down hill. Not an option to have picked up via my decision however I'm having to pay out of pocket to have welds redone so my treadmill lasts as long as it should. Found there being no manufacturer sticker on date it was made to be extremely odd. Thinking this may be an older treadmill that has set in the warehouse for extended period of time. Shipped and sold by Amazon however Amazon refused to stand by their A toZ guarantee.

Mia: I've had this treadmill for about a year now. It was easy to assemble; I am not handy and I did it myself with just the tools provided. The heart rate monitor takes a long time to register during a workout and I'm not sure how accurate it always is. It's comfortable to walk or jog on, and it's easy to adjust the incline. (To change the incline from 0, 3, or 6 degrees, you lift up the far end of the treadmill and the hydraulic lift keeps it up; this is also a way to store it in a smaller space, though it doesn't get that small. You manually take out the pins on either side of the edge of the treadmill and place them in one of three holes to get the desired incline. You do have to stop the treadmill and get off it in order to change the incline, it is not seamless. Additionally, the highest incline is still pretty minimal; I'm used to power walking at a 15 degree incline, and this is definitely not that!)

I keep it in the usable position and in the same spot in my living room all the time, though if I need to move it it's mostly easy as a single person. Initially I was wheeling it to the balcony every morning to workout so as not to wake up my roommate. Moving it is doable...

Carol Bellows: Nice and compact unit. I am 5'7 and am running 5k everyday on it, just don't lose your concentration as the bed is narrow. I think a taller person would have to stoop to hold th hand grips. Simple, no bells and whistles. Will not hold a decent sized water bottle, or my cell phone which is annoying. The tiny cup spaces will hold my TV remote and a plastic bottle of water if that works for you. They could have designed this better for sure.
I like the speed adjustments on the arms.

The motor is slightly loud, but nothing to crazy.

I did not give this 5 stars due to shipping and support issues. I ordered the unit in December, in mid January they sent me a weight set which was a pain to return. They eventually came and picked up the weights and then sent me the proper treadmill. 3 weeks later they billed me for the weights anyways. This was a hassle to get my money back and a big waste of time. If this process was smoother I would have given 5 stars

Lee: The media could not be loaded.  The machine itself is awesome. Work perfectly but I am a little upset with the design, I don't understand how they couldn't build a bottle holder big enough to fit a bottle. Probably you could fit a redbull in the space provided. It doesn't have space for your cellphone either. The machine doesn't stand straight, it has an angle. If the machine could stand straight I would safe more space.

Christina SterlingChristina Sterling: J’ai acheté le tapis il y a un mois. Je l’utilise 2 heures semaines max. Il est excellent! Le fait qu’il se pli, j’ai pu être en mesure de le cacher dans un coin. J’habite dans un 3 1/2.

Je suis 5.8 et je peux facilement courir sur le tapis. J’ai été en mesure de courir à 5.5 milles l’heure. J’ai lu beaucoup de commentaires sur d’autres tapis et plusieurs personnes disaient qu’ils ne pouvaient pas courir dû à la longueur. Ce tapis a 1 pied de plus que les autres et voilà pourquoi vous pourrez courir facilement. Il est très solide, vous pouvez aussi l’incliner légèrement. À cause qu’il est lourd, malgré les roulettes, ce sera difficile de le déplacer d’une pièce à l’autre de façon journalière.

J. MaloneyJ. Maloney: I bought the Sunny SF-T7603 treadmill for $339.95 in March 2017. I have used it daily for over a year with only a few missed days. I am 6'1" and weigh 140 pounds. I walk at 4.0 mph for 25 minutes a day. I can't comment on the programs and features I don't use, but for my specific use the treadmill has worked great. It does exactly what I need for a reasonable price.

Here are the treadmill actions I take each session.
1. Turn the power on at the base.
2. Stand on the belt and connect the safety key's clip to the front of my shirt.
3. Press the Mode button on the console.
4. Press the + button on the console until the time display shows 25:00 minutes.
5. Press the Start button on the console.
6. Wait for the 3-second countdown to complete and show a speed 0.5 mph.
7. Press the 4 mph button on the console to change the speed to 4.0 mph.
8. Walk for 25 minutes until the belt stops automatically when the time is up.
9. Unclip the safety key from my shirt.
10. Turn off the power button at the base.
