Emma Hart: This arrived with a broken plastic cover. The treadmill worked so we kept it - the thought of the hassle and expense of returning for cosmetic reasons was off putting. However, not 4 or 5 weeks later and the machine will not work. Its outside of Amazons return window so we are stuck with communicating with the company. They have given us instructions to trouble shoot which we have followed. They have offered us a pitiful sum for the trouble. Its so frustrating. We just want our money back - hundreds of dollars wasted. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Amazon Customer: The treadmill stops once you put it to 7.0 mph. The bluetooth feature does not work, and the product was falsely advertised.
