K: I love eating cabbage sauteéd with onions, garlic and bacon, but my body wasn't loving all the grease. So in desperation, I substituted fresh, fried bacon with a jar of this and I'm in love. It tastes wonderful and there is no bacon grease to send my tummy into an uproar (Less sodium, too!). This stuff has become my new recipe staple!
