Robert Duchnik: I've only used it once so far, but seems pretty solid. Not really any issues with sticking. I just let it cool off, then soak and the grime comes off quite easy. Otherwise it's a good size, can easily do about 4 portions in there.

Shannon: I purchased this pan because I wanted a pan that is toxic and chemical free. I was afraid of stainless steel because of clean up as long as you read directions for seasoning the pan it is very easy to clean. Had some brown spots and called customer service and Lawrence told me how to clean with some light baking soda came right out. I absolutely love this pan never had such beautiful cookware.

Kevin Slater: Really pleased with this. Having tried various non-stick pans from variety of manufacturers with lesser or greater success, this is by far the best pan I've had and it's great there are no potentially toxic non-stick layers or metal content in it. Communications from the supplier have been excellent. I'll definitely be looking at other products from these guys!

Rose2you: We bought these because we are trying to get rid of anything that could put toxins in our food. Our old cookware set was non stick and over the years the coating got all scratched. This was a good upgrade. They are thinner than my other stainless steel skillets. The heat distribution is fast and great. Only use medium heat and it does great on everything so far. My only real issues are that they do scratch easily with stainless steel utensils. And the cleanup is not as easy as my other stainless steel skillets. Just leave some water in the bottom after cooking to soak for a while and use some dish soap and sponge to clean. The customer service is great and they sent instructions on how to care for the set. They are smaller than our old set and take up less room in our cupboard. But the size hasn’t impacted my cooking ability. I Suggest looking up how to cook with stainless steel without food sticking and there should be no issues. I haven’t had any Since I’ve had these.

More than once I have stepped away from the stove too long thinking to come back to a burnt mess, but have been happily surprised to find everything in ship shape. Lesser cookware would not only have ruined dinner but would have also created a huge mess in the bottom of the pan to clean up later. I also love knowing that these products are healthy to use, which is why I bought them in the first place. They are heavy duty and very attractive. Initially I had some issues with the cleaning of this pan. I seasoned it immediately when I received it just like the instructions call for, and did not use soap during cleanup. After wiping it down, a film was left that left the pan looking dingy. It was likely the oil remaining from the seasoning process. I used some vinegar and voila, it returned to it’s original beauty. I have decided not to re-season as I have never had anything stick anyway. The below pictures reflect this. This is definitely my go to pan now! Amazon Customer: This is the third time I have ordered a HOMI CHEF product. They are as promised - high quality construction and no harmful coatings. We like that it is nickel free. We recently were asked to help prepare a meal for 45 people. It was an informal gathering and the dish was taco salad. My wife and I volunteered to do the taco meat with seasonings. We used the 5 quart sauté pan. We browned 25 lbs of ground meat. We did it 5 lbs at a time using the pan. We used medium heat. The pan worked very well for this task. The meat browned evenly and quickly. It was also easy to drain the meat though we started with low fat ground beef. This was the first use for the sauté pan and I did clean it with white vinegar to start with and then used warm soapy water and towel dried. I did not season the pan before use. I did not encounter any sticking or anything such as that. On the evening of the taco salad dinner, we used the pan to heat and keep warm 8 cans of black beans. The pan has very nice high sides and that was a welcome feature when browning the meat and keeping the black beans warm. We plan to also use the pan for soups.
