Ordered this pump to save a couple of bucks. As usual this was a mistake. It's incredibly loud, and the measurements given aren't quite accurate. It's very strong and even turning it down all the way it's a powerful little pump. The biggest drawback really is the rattling coming from it no matter how well it's suctioned and carefully placed.

Bought this to repair a fountain , even with the adjustable flow turned as far down as possible, this pump shot water way out the top of 5ft fountain ... obviously too powerful... I knew I was chancing it but figured if the connection didn’t work for the fountain I could repurpose for our fish tank.... can’t imagine the size of tank this would be useful for as the flow was so strong ... also an accidental drop during installation caused the housing to snap apart , cracked the plastic, pump still functioned but could have been worse
