So I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with essentially a “diet” cake. I was pleasantly surprised! It’s easy to make (3 tbsp water in a mug for 1 min in microwave). It’s actually fluffy, soft, and tastes pretty good. Of course, it’s no decadent 2000 cal fudge-drenched cake, but for a low calorie dessert—this more than takes the cake!
