KevinKevin: J'étais tanner de me battre avec mes pamplemousse pour les couper en cartier et j'ai vue ce couteau fait pour ça! On passe de 5 minutes à 2 minutes pour avoir un pamplemousse couper en cartier pret a manger! Je m'en passe plus!
Le seul petit coter négatif, c'est que parfois la peuple reste prise entre les deux lames. Alors simplement grater et bien nettoyer.

Northern light: The spoons are good quality, The shape is narrow at the end and that makes them excellent for cutting into and scraping out even thin wedges of grapefruit.
My only criticism is the length of the handle of the sooon. It’s a bit short. If you had large hands you might find it annoying

ElleElle: I've never seen a grapefruit knife like this before! I do have a curved blade grapefruit knife that I use for cutting around the rim of the rind but I always had to use a second knife for cutting between the membranes. I thought the double 'pronged' knife end was a neat idea for sectioning and figured it would reduce the amount of time it took me to slice each side of the membrane to section out the fruit.

Overall I'm pretty disappointed in how it works, it's actually faster for me to do it the old way. This double-knife requires careful placement so that the membrane passes through the gap between the two blades. It's also prone to getting jammed with pulpy bits that wedge themselves lower between the blades which then widens the gap between them. I returning to my old school method as this knife is just too finicky for me.
