Amazon Customer: Have been using Rada knives for a decade. The paring knives and this kitchen knife fill every need in kitchen prep. So glad they have changed to the black handle, because the stainless steel one would discolor in the dishwasher. They are light and very sharp.

Wes Macom: Love the rada brand of knives. Can't wait to cut something. It came a little dull which is good because you don't want to cut yourself taking it out of the package. About 10 swipes through a rada sharpener and it was razor sharp. Great purchase.
