JV: Comparado con ProSource (PS), que ya venia usando desde hace 1año, no puedo recomedar HeavyGrips (HG), basicamente por la razon que daña mas la mano y los ProSource son muy similares o igual en calidad y mas economicos. No es queja lo de la mano, es un comentario, ya que es normal en este tipo de productos, sin embargo HG el material hace algo mas de daño.

Incluye 3: HG 100lbs, 150lbs y 200lbs. Ningún problema en el empaquetado. El de 150lbs venia del lado del resorte con la pintura negra caída o "desgastada". Los 3 venían empaquetados individualmente, cerrados en una caja.

El producto HG es Made in China, a pensar que el producto es de USA, no como los Captains of Crush, que si son hechos en USA.

Otro comentarios adicionales: El de HG 100lbs se siente menos resistencia que el 100lbs PS, probablemente por eso se me hace fácil cerrar el 150lbs de HG.
1 año de uso de 100lbs PS y no suena el resorte. Los HG son nuevos y los resortes de los 3 suenan, aunque puedo cerrar el 200lbs no lo he usando tanto para estar 100% seguro que suene cada vez que lo cierro.

Si se compran los 3, tiene un buen precio $209 pesos cada uno.

Denis: Ich habe diese Gripper geholt da sie wesentlich günstiger sind als die KoC Gripper, diese waren auch ne woche früher da als das Marken produkt und wirken auch viel Stabiler, mein KoC knackt und wirkt weniger stabil.

Nur zu empfehlen!!!

Chris Welcome: I purchased my first set of Heavy Grips about 13 or so years ago and at the time they weren't very well made. Knurling was terrible, you could see the glue they used at the top of the handles and it didn't last long (Handles fell out) so I was a bit skeptical to say the least. Have previous owned Captains of Crush and they were a much better quality. Haven't been as dedicated to grip in the last few years so I decided to give HG another shot and I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised. The quality of the handles, the knurling and the strength has all dramatically increased to the point I'd say it wasn't far off CoC level, especially for the price. Knurling still isn't up to the level of CoC, which is a shame because I like a harsher grip, but needless to say you won't be disappointed. Very happy with this purchase

ubuibi: i got the 150, 200 and 250 based on one of the reviews saying they were light compared to the captain crush. i believe his specs to be pretty accurate, these are lighter than stated. but they are awesome grips for the money and i don't think i will be saying the 250 is too easy anytime soon. i couldn't imagine wanting the 300 or 350, but it is nice to know they do have such a nice spread of resistance. i remember some reviewers also saying they cut up and hurt your hands. this is unfortunately true. nice rubber grip handles probably would be better in some respects, but i would bet with this much force involved it would only be a matter of time before the grip would get all screwed up. so i think it is more durable the way it is, and that is a huge plus right there. i was considering getting some hockey tape made of rubber for the hockey sticks, but actually, i think the callouses might be a desirable effect. i don't think it would be such a bad idea to toughen up my hands a little bit. 200lbs is a lot of weight, the skin should be tough too. all and all, these are head and shoulders above the crappy ones you will see at a walmart or even some fitness stores. one place had a...

Sam: A little bit about myself so that you can gauge whether these grippers are right strength for you. I've been working out in the gym for many years, but I'm by no means strong in comparison to many people. I'm also not big at 6'-0", 165lbs. I've been doing some minor grip training once or twice a week using Ironmind Captain of Crush grippers (COC) for the past year. I can close the Ironmind COC #1.5 (167.5lbs) with both left and right hand. I'm within a few millimeters from closing the #2 gripper (195lbs) with my right, but far from closing it with my left (doing negatives). The only other grip training I have is working out with sandbag lifts and weighted rope pullups.

Now to compare the strength difference between these Heavy Gripper (HG) and Captain of Crush (COC).

The COC grippers are rated as follow:

COC #0.5: 120lbs
COC #1: 140lbs
COC #1.5: 167.5lbs
COC #2: 195lbs
COC #2.5: 237.5lbs
COC #3: 280lbs
