AJS: This staple gun is excellent. Loading is quick and easy. This was bought to attach backing paper to classrooms. So far it has done two large rooms and has not misfired or jammed once. A very high quality product.

Jean Pirolet: J'utilise la R153 en pro pour agrafer des toiles sur châssis(tableaux). J'utilise 20 000 à 25 000 ragrafes par an. Globalement je "tue " une agrafeuse par an, ressort trop fragile. dernièrement une agrafeuse R153 m'a 'laché" après une chute depuis mon plan de travail, le ressort intérieur a sauté et la machine étant rivetée je ne peux pas démonter pour réparer, c'est dommage, je l'ai acheté en novembre 2022.
Une fois mis à part ces petits défauts, on peut dire que le produit est globalement satisfaisant, bonne force d'agrafage dans les bois tendre, ergonomie OK.

J: Goes through pine and a layer of fabric with no kickback. The R34 did that but made much more noise and with more kickback.

Max L.S. Moseley: These staplers work great for about a year, then they start misfiring to the point where they only work about 10-20% of the time. This is a consistent rate of failure. We keep buying them because we bought thousands of staples... the warranty is 5 years and I’ve attempted to contact them repeatedly, I have never received a reply.

JoJesty: AWESOME! One of the best hand tools I've ever had. It arrived just 2 days ago (plus a box of Rapid 5/16" staples) and I've already installed more than 60 ft of speaker wiring, stapled about 1 per ft to ceiling and baseboard pine molding, and even a few into oak. NOT ONE failed staple! Compared with other staplers: you don't have to push down; just squeeze the trigger; and there's no recoil. I even tested it into the smooth side of Masonite (about the hardest wood product there is), where the staples at least went halfway: most staplers won't even try. You get what you pay for!

MBmomofour: using for home upholstery project and worked fine. I have nerve damage in my hand and thought this would make easier, but it was still hard for me to use. Make sure to order correct staples on amazon!
