So I just received this heavy bag delivery was good everything came inside the bag like it said it would no problem with that part. Easy to assemble and hang. I did change out the carabiner hook to a heavy duty one so I packed it with towels and sand the total weight is only 60 to 70lbs. I am only 5'9 and 190 the 4th work out the bag started to rip now today was the 5 time and its about to blow lol good thing its super cheap. I would not buy this bag its no good do NOT BUY. Also I was going to take a picture of the bag but I tried to put some heavy duty tape on it to so if that would help but it didn't just beware if you buy.

A no brainer to assemble. I tried it stuffed with towels at first. This resulted in a lumpy bag that moved around too much when struck. I removed the towels and put in 60 pounds of sand, then stuffed the rest with an old soft bed comforter. This did the trick, weighted and not too hard to hit. Have not had it long so not sure how it will hold up in the long run.

Great quality boxing set for the price; the punching bag is built sturdy with a thick padding layer. I stuffed the empty bag with used clothing and pillow as well as a sand bag to give it more weight. Super easy to install in the garage and now my husband and I can get sone exercises after work. Highly recommend!
