Jammie McFall: This is a gift for my Grandson, who has begged for Bob for several weeks now. Bob is rather cool! A tad bit scarey on occassion! LOL until I throw a hoodie over his head... catches me off guard sometimes. Brayden already loves to beat on Bob! A couple times, I gave him what for too! He is not a bad looking Bob, very strong, sturdy, and he feels life like (only thick). He is a great catch! Has several height adjustments. Bob does move around some when he is really taking a beating although, easy to move even full of water at the base. I highly recommend Century Bob XL to anyone wanting to get in a really good workout, you will be glad with this purchase!

1度別の会社で詐欺られてるのと悪い口コミを見てドキドキしながら待ってましたが無事、傷も無く届きました。
当初はボクシングの為の練習予定でしたが、素手で殴ると少し痛いので、骨を強くする為に使用してます
始めて高額商品を海外で購入しましたが関税って送られた後に払うんですね

Philippe: Excellent compagnon d'entraînement à domicile, redoutable pour travailler la précision et les combinaisons pieds/poings.
Je suis en appartement, sur du parquet, et j'avais peur de ne pas pouvoir l'utiliser à cause du bruit. En fait, il suffit de mettre un tapis en mousse condensée de 2cm (type tapis de salle) et le tour est joué. Je ne suis pas un poids lourd mais chaque coup soulève de quelques centimètres la base, pourtant remplie au maximum d'eau (120 kilos env.), qui cogne lourdement le sol en retombant. Sans tapis en appartement, il faut compter sur les voisins pour venir frapper à la porte. Peut-être mieux si rempli de sable mais à priori une galère à remplir et vider. La base fait 60 centimètres de diamètre, ça prend de la place. Se déplace facilement en le faisant rouler, même rempli au max d'eau.
Je ne regrette nullement mon achat, j'ai hésité des années (bruit + coût/utilité réelle) mais c'est vraiment l'outil idéal pour travailler en finesse à domicile et progresser. Il se salit facilement mais se nettoie bien à l'eau tiède. Vaut son prix.

GUERRIERI François: C'est Bob. Connu, reputé, idéal en appartement car moins encombrant qu'un sac, moins bruyant aussi et si on ne veut pas avoir à pratiquer avec ses voisins et rester sympathique et bien c'est important. Aucun sac sans fixation ne propose cette densité de contact, ce poids et cette possibilité de le taper sans se retourner sans cesse. Pour un travail technique, pour la vitesse et la précision, il est impeccable, il permet "d'appuyer" sans envoyer à pleine puissance encore que, n'étant pas hyper lourd tout en vieillissant, j'arrive à avoir de bonnes sensations. Cela en ne l'ayant remplit qu'avec de l'eau (à ras bord) car le sable, en appartement, si un jour je devais le vider...j'ai renoncé et cela va, il doit peser près de 120 kg là...j'en fais 80.. Son dessin permet de travailler d'autres frappes ce qui compense ses limites par rapport à un bon vieux sac.
Réglable, mes enfants peuvent même s'en servir et regrettent de ne pas pouvoir taper la tête.
Reste le prix : bob est le meilleur, il le sait, il le fait lourdement payer mais je ne regrette absolument pas d'avoir misé sur la qualité vu la contrainte de l'appartement.

ZombieRommel: Truth be told, I wanted to get a heavy bag but had nowhere to put it. I got Bob at the end of 2019 but put him into semi-retirement because punching him always ended up with my wrists getting hurt and the insides of my fingers getting scraped. I am a long-time MMA fan and had gotten some 4oz UFC gloves to beat on Bob. 4oz gloves really aren't adequate, nor are bare fists advisable against Bob unless you punch with the strength of a baby.

Fast forward to quarantine and I ordered some 14oz Hayabusa T3 gloves, and Bob is a whole new experience. I've been beating on him about every other day for the past month and he's helping me to lose fat in conjunction with diet modification. I put on some heavy metal and go to town on Bob for about 30 minutes as hard as I can. Great stress relief and I always work up a sweat. Fat is coming off and my diet can stay a little closer to maintenance since I'm getting the cardio in.

The best thing about Bob / a heavy bag is that the cardio is actually fun. I HATE running and I hate jumping rope. Most forms of cardio really suck. But beating the living hell out of this mean-mugging dummy really doesn't get old. You can get creative to keep...

EE3: Seit etwa einer Woche ist der BOB Box-Dummy nun ein Part auf dem Trainingsplan und ich kann bereits jetzt sagen, dass sich die Investition gelohnt hat.

BOB kommt in zwei großen Paketen - in einem ist der Standfuß, im anderen befindet sich BOB sowie der Deckel/Verschluss vom Standfuß.

Zusätzlich wurden 6 Säcke á 25 kg Filtersand geordert um den Standfuß zu füllen. Die Füllung gestaltete sich recht unkompliziert, das die Öffnung ausreichend groß dimensioniert ist, um einen großen Trichter aufzusetzen.
Ich habe zunächst 5 Säcke - also 125 kg - eingefüllt - dies hat eine knappe halbe Stunde gedauert.
Den 6. Sack werde ich bei Gelegenheit bis zur maximalen Füllmenge noch nachfüllen.

Mit dem bisherigen 125 kg Füllgewicht steht er schon recht kippsicher - allerdings bleibt bei raschen Schlagfolgen nicht aus, dass sich der Standfuß in die entsprechende Schlagrichtung bewegt und versetzt.
Aktuell steht er auf Teppichboden - hier werde ich ggfs. noch eine Anti-Rutschmatte darunter platzieren.
Auch mit der vollständigen Füllung läßt sich der Fuß noch relativ unkompliziert versetzen - einfach zur Seite neigen und an die gewünschte...

S. Stanley: I purchased Bob XL to practice Krav Maga when I'm not in class. I have found this to be a way to stay sharp between classes. Of course you can't do everything with Bob like in a class setting with a live partner, than again there are some punches I can do to Bob I can't do to a live partner.

To fill Bob I used a plastic gallon milk jug, just cut the bottom off turned upside it down, sits right in the fill hole and used a bungee cord wrapped around the plastic part that Bob sits in and the handle of the milk jug, filled it with 5 50lb bags of play sand. The sand was very dry (like everything else this Summer in Texas) so it took me by myself maybe 10 minutes at the most to fill. The plastic milk jug never moved and made pouring in the base a snap. Also, you will see on the Amazon page a green funnel, that does not come with it. One of the other folks bought that at a local Auto store for $5.00 dollars and posted the picture of what he used to fill the base with sand. It looks misleading because the picture is right next to picture of Bob XL. In many of the reviews I can tell that folks though that came with it.

I have Bob in my garage in my apartment, and yes you can...
