Fred: This is a good quality punching bag from the US. It is light, and small enough to hang in the corner of your bedroom, making ideal for boxing training at home. It is also good to use barehanded, considering it's compact design. For customers outside the US like myself, you will have to pay a hefty import fee. But it's worth it... It's wonderful. I highly recommend Everlast products.

Chris B.: Had debated on cheaper punching bags (ie, half the cost), but ultimately went with this one because of brand recognition. So glad I did. The biggest pro is that it came fully stuffed and ready to hang. I already had installed a ceiling hook, so literally had to out of the box and ready to use in seconds. The shape was perfect out of the box, the material feels great, and it’s super sturdy.
I don’t write reviews, though felt compelled in this case because it was soooo worth the extra money to get a great product with no setup hassles.

S Lee: My dad was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's. I set up the bag in his garage and have been training him with basic punches and footwork. It's just the beginning, but I've never seen him smile so much since his diagnosis and he also said it was a lot of fun! The 40 lb bag is perfect for him and my mom both in their mid-80s. The bag is of excellent quality, camed filled and I purchased "Yes4All Wood Beam Punching Bag Hanger" to hang the bag. I'm determined to train both my parents.
Boxing has proven to be very effective for those suffering from Parkinson's. Google it and you'll find multiple articles on the benefit of boxing for balance, coordination, and more importantly mental health. I looked for many bags, and this $40 bag is well made for kids or elderlies. I'm planning on anchoring the bottom to keep it more stabilized as well. So far, the bag been the best medicine for my dad. Wish us luck!
