Usage and maintenance instructions were very easy to follow and was complimented with all tools required as well as two bottles of lubricants for future application. Started up right away , paired easy with small remote and enclosed documents to apply for app to use with unit. Nice little purchase.

@TechGuerrero@TechGuerrero: Can I get a clap for minimalist design approach? I pictured myself at anyone's small high tech room on Star Trek Discovery or similar. Honestly, it is efficient and if you search the right YouTube videos or humor yourself with the interestingly translated instructions you will go through a streamlined and simple assembly time, say 30 mins or a tad longer if you are detail oriented (comme moi). I love the simplicity of a few operating buttons as the rest of the dashboard button-like light prints are for visual information and it sure looks cool and dynamic when you start walking, power walking or running on it. I like their lack of complication because most people put their hopes on navigational upgrades on TV apps (exercise platforms) rather than the machines themselves. You want to make a choice if you want to keep it folded below a desk, bed or tall-legged-sofa, or if you want to leave it assembled and up, as you will need to unscrew the arms for a perfect horizontal fold. I keep it standing as the design is currently cool and not too big. Friends tried the bluetooth speaker in the unit bought and liked it. In terms of attention to content and display upgrades...

Amazon Customer: The reviews were the best of this kind of product. So I took the plunge and ordered it.

Lubricated prior to first use.
Used 2 times over 4 days for ~30 minutes each time.
On third use, everything started off fine until it started to make a strange noise after a couple of minutes, belt stopped and smoke started coming from the front of it (I’m well under the weight limit for the machine).

The machine was also surge protected!!

Unplugged to let it cool off after ventilating the space to get rid of the smoke and smell (electronic / plastic burnt smell).

Sent an email to the company as per their instructions in the box, a few days later they sent me an email asking for a video of it not working so they could show the factory in China and help me fix it.

But too much time has passed and I just returned via Amazon.

The good:
- Arrived a week earlier than advertised.
- Comes with two bottles of lubricant.
- Unboxing was super easy with the majority already done for you.

The bad:
- You can’t install the arms if you want to lay the bars down (walking / under desk mode)
- Very cheap plastic

Marissa Rodriguez: Update on 11/17/2023: my walking pad finally gave out. The motor messed up and started making a horrific noise. I tried fixing it, but had no luck. This little walking pad will be missed, but I’m still SO thankful for it. It made me realize my love for walking.

Update on 9/27/2023: Still a FANTASTIC walking pad. I haven't had any issues and I still recommend it to anyone looking for an under-desk version. I love this thing SO MUCH.

I am obsessed with this walking pad! I purchased it in July 2022 (now it's December 2022) and have used it daily. It hasn't failed me once!

Pros:
- Lightweight and easy to fold
- Fairly quiet when in use
- Easy setup

Cons:
- Doesn't go as fast when not using the rails
- Loud beeping sounds when turning it on and starting the walk

Honestly... even with those two cons, I still rate this a 10 out of 10 :)

ALICE LEUNGALICE LEUNG: The media could not be loaded.  Not every treadmill is right for everyone, after reading and watching several reviews, this one seemed to suit me, and I was right. I live in a concrete apartment building and our gym has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, I figured it's time to have my own treadmill at home. I bought it more for walking, not running though. ** Please note that this treadmill is only foldable without the handlebars installed, if you want to use it often and hide it under the bed, think twice, otherwise, it's a great product! I have it for almost a month now.

Package at delivery was one big smooth rectangular 85-lb monster, the treadmill itself was 74 lb, packaging was tight and neat, but it'd be much better if they put little wheels on one side to help move it, like TV boxes. It's a disaster for me to move it myself along the little hallway. If you have enough...

Mommyof2: I purchased this for daily walking since I have a baby and it's hard to leave the house. I'm 5'3 and it works perfectly for me. My husband is 5'9 and he also has walked on it without issues. I primarily use this for walking and a run here and there.

Pros:
1. compact and easy to move around. It's set up in my living room but can easily put it away in the closet if needed.
2. setup is a breeze. You just pull it out of the box and attach the cellphone holder and arms. I didn't attach the arms incase I need to put this away.
3. digital screen. You don't need to worry about the remote being lost and you can start/stop the machine. Just a note, the buttons do not all work. Only the start/stop and speed + - work. The 1234567789 just light up to indicate which speed your at.
4. comes with 2 bottles of lubrication so you don't need to purchase any.

Cons:
1. belt pulls/skips when walking at lower speeds. As long as I walk over 4.5 I don’t feel it as much. I have lubricated and adjusted the belt but it still does it. Have read this is an issue on the other model without the lcd screen.
