I know its powdered and unlikely to go bad so soon but still would have felt better about not being sold a product that had expired prior to me even ordering it. Hopefully the flavour and texture is not disappointing, will add an update after my sons birthday.

Dasha S.: Listennnnn this frosting is GOOD! Follow the directions IT DOESN'T LIE! When I first started stirring the frosting I thought I was going to have to add more water, but I didn’t. Just keep stirring and leave it for like 15 minutes before using. The taste was AWESOME! It taste just like real frosting. Take it from me Because I’m hard to impress when it comes to keto sweets. It was so good I’m going to order some of her other items to try. 10/10. Would definitely recommend and buy again!

Julie: Real homemade Keto cream cheese frosting is really easy to make. I bought “this” for when I needed a small quantity. Just add water. Easy! This frosting is disgusting. I tried to salvage it by adding some butter, vanilla extract and butter. There was nothing I could go to make it edible. The flavor is terrible. Save your money.

Jessie Wilson: This icing was so super sweet it actually made our teeth hurt. We used it as a lower sugar alternative for some birthday cupcakes. Frankly, I composted most of them because we couldn’t handle the icing. We love the cake mixes though!

MissMiss: When it says to add a tablespoon of water at a time, add one at a time and keep stirring until you feel silly stirring for this long. Be patient. You're just rehydrated powdered ingredients. I ended up using 3 tablespoons and an extra additional 1 teaspoon and it was still really thick. I might have needed more water.
When you first dump it, it smells like hot chocolate powder, so its promising. The texture is perfectly frosting. Looks and smells wonderful!
The taste though. It has a very heavy erythritol flavor that the chocolate can barely fight. On it's own, its overwhelming. On the chocolate snack cake, it's got something to balance it but overall, I dont think I would use this icing again because of that.
Compared to normal frosting, it's awful. For a low carb, low sugar icing? Its so-so.

Jenslyfe: I was able to try these before and I’m a huge fan. I see some of the critical reviews but honestly this is way better than any frosting I’ve ever been to make. If you’ve ever tried to make a frosting yourself you know that it’s hard to minimize the cooling. But, I’m also not eating this with a spoon. I added an extra tbs of water and made a cookie dip and fruit dip with the chocolate. You can’t beat it. It’s really really good and tastes like a melted white chocolate barn but made with erythritol. Frankly, it doesn’t affect my blood sugar so I’m all in.
