Madalyn Magnuson: This thing delivers exactly what's described. The coffee is excellent! I've had no instances of it spilling out of its carafe as others have stated. Its little size is not only convenient for over crowded counters but it's so cute! The quality is superb and I recommend it highly!

Amazon Customer: Coffee maker is cheap, but works for what I need. Must remember to lift lid when pouring water or coffee or it will spill and make a total mess. Once I figured this out… (first try), no more mess but it is inconvenient especially as I am usually half asleep when fixing it or tired at night when setting it up. 🤷♀️

JLC: This coffeemaker does what I bought it to do: it makes a good cup of coffee. Also, the coffee is perfectly hot when it drips.
The things I don't care for:
1. The plastic used to make this product is very light and seems cheap. For example, I have to actually hold the unit in place to flip the "on" switch!
2. It is hard for me, a right-handed person, to pour in the water while checking how full it is getting. It would be helpful to have a water measurement on both the left and the right hand side of the unit.
3. I use a paper filter, so I can't comment on how the basket filter works.
4. I pour the coffee into my cup carefully, but somehow the design of the lip of the coffeepot always seems to cause some spillage.
