William Aiken: I like that this foam roller is very sturdy and easy to use. I simply align my spine with the middle part and lay down slowly. I have to use a pillow to lay my head on. It does a great job stretching my back. My only reason for giving this 4 and not 5 stars is the foam roller is not soft, it's very hard and the different grooves can sometimes dig into your back muscles and it can hurt, but I simply move a little and I'm ok. I do recommend this product, it's a great product to have!
