Built by cavco In Phoenix Arizona The flipper in it quit holding water And trying to get that flip off The plastic that it was on part of the Flush valve broke off so I still have to replace the one in my spare bathroom so I have a second 1 of these to do that with Because that flipper is crinkling and about ready to stop holding water also it was the right size

Jo: I think very well built for the most, the flapper and bowl seal seem very flimsy well see how it holds up but overall very sturdy! I'm hoping the neck will stay sealed. I like I could adjust for more water my old one was really short took multiple flushes. Now one time flushes it all!! Overall happy WOULD recommend.

Marie-France: I found out my toilet was a 2” flush valve. I’m not very handy. I purchased a 2” flush valve kit from a local Harvard store. Same brand. But it didn’t come with the same nuts and bolts as this kit. So I was able to use the seals and screws from this kit to fix my toilet. My toilet is 17”. I’m short. So i want to do anything to save this toilet. Great product. Fast shipping

Tom The Terrible (not really): One star off for sending me a previously opened box. Major flush components were in the box. However, the plastic bag containing the bolts/metal washers/rubber washers was opened and missing a few washers. These are the bolts that connect the tank to the bowl. Thankfully I could re-use the old ones.
Delivery of open box aside, the system in itself was top notch. It had an easy to adjust water volume feature which I found very useful.
