Terri Van: I work in a hospital but also provide home health care after hours and purchased this kit for my home health care elderly patients to build up their strength. I think it might be a little more than the much older patients can handle but seems to work good for the younger elderly. I use it for myself mostly to keep my strength up when assisting patients with standing, sitting, etc. Would highly recommend!

Alex Ventura: The grip trainer was what I was most worried about when I got it. The one with adjustable weight up to 60kg. I thought it would snap as I was pulling on it and give me a nasty brush, but it's held through on its max weight for about a year now.
Everything else works good as stress or attention maintainers. Squishy ball, a bending ring, webbings to work finger strength and a grip block with buttons to work fingers or thumb. Fun to pull out while you're reading or at work.

Simply Reviewed: I purchased this after sustaining hand injury to get my hand back to strength and increase finger articulation. The grip ball and donut are a bit undersized for those with large hands but can still be used. My only real complaint is that the main grip strengthening device has a visual amount of flex when using it past 50% on the turn dial.
In summary, great tool for those looking to strengthen and stretch their fingers with low to medium hand strength, but if you have strong grip strength, I would look for a stronger more traditional grip so you can max it out safely.

dany: The grip is weak even at the strongest setting and the other accessories are very cheap, not branded like in the pictures either.
