Amazon Customer: This DVD player has been nothing but problems from the beginning. I would have returned it but unfortunately I missed the return window.
First off the remote only works if your 12 inches away from the DVD player. I contacted customer support over a month ago and they said they would send me a new remote but I haven't received anything.
Recently my DVDs keep getting stuck in the player and when I hit eject the machine says there is nothing in there.
I tried reaching out to customer support again but it said my window for help has closed even though I was promised a year long warranty for troubleshooting.
Zero stars.

Update: I a Hold of them and they sent me a new DVD player. This one is more broken than the first one and has way more problems. I would give 4 stars for customer service but the product is actual garbage.

RiccardoRiccardo: I live in Europe. For me it was necessary that he read the DVDs of zone 2 Europe as well and could also work with 220 volts. This morning I tested it, it works perfectly! I just had to buy an adapter for the elettrical plug from European to american. A special thanks to Alice of the Famishowgroup user support service, who with kindness and timeliness solved my technical doubts by email and sent me a pdf copy of the user manual. Delivery of the package from the United States to Italy, in just one week. Very good!

JJ: I bought this machine as it was the only wall mount specific one I could find. It arrived in a pristine box with no evidence of being previously owned. It didn’t come with screws for the wall bracket to go into the wall but it was easy to set up otherwise. It did take some fiddling around with settings to get it to scale to my tv correctly. I found if I switched from 16:9 to 4:3 and back to 16:9 I found it scaled correctly after that. The remote is admittedly bad quality, as the batteries didn’t work out of the box and I need to stand fairly close to the receiver to use it. I don’t mind so much about that though. The picture quality is good and I saw no visible damage to the machine out of the box. I also wish that the power cord was longer as it’s was tough to get it to the receptacle without stretching it. Subtitles work well and the machine runs fairly quietly. Overall happy with this so far, but based on multiple other reviews I may be holding my breath for the next few weeks to see if it holds up.

Amazon Customer: Only used a couple of times and it just stopped working. Doesn’t power on or anything. It hasn’t even been a year with very limited use and now passed the exchange or refund.. practically new.. so stay away from this product. Definitely not worth the money!!!!!!! Update seller sent out another DVD player at no cost to us and so far so good! Good customer service.

william a. robbins: It is a very nice unit, plays well and is easy to set up and use. The only complaint that I have is that the remote only reacts if you aim at the top of the player. It will not work if you lay it flat. But that is the only thing I can find that keeps it from five stars.
