Chief: This is a great product! The taste when using to cook with is Amazing! One thing to do. is wrap in bubble wrap, & make sure the lid is Sealed. Last time I ordered, the lid was Not sealed, & it leaked out in the box & all over other products that shipped together got product on them. It was a Hot day, & the duck fat is like oil when its warm. Had to wash off other products that it shipped with & as far as the duckfat goes I threw it out, the lid was NOT sealed. Too expensive to ship so poorly wrapped or sealed. Otherwise I like the product.

Forust Pearson: Arrived totally melted and yellow which is what I think a lot of people are complaining about thinking it was rancid. It wasn’t rancid. Rancid duck fat smells soapy. This did not smell soapy. My husband used this in a cast iron pan to make a ribeye and it was incredible. I used it to make French fries and also sautéed carrots in it. So so good

Erin: Perfect! It's in a glass jar and it arrived very securely packed, with those air filled packing things (I forget what they're called!) and wrapped in bubble wrap. It makes my home fries taste so savoury and wonderful!
