Miss Lilly: With the butter in short supply I decided to grab a couple of these to mix 50/50 with real butter for holiday cookies. I remember my mom doing this when I was a kid but now these are priced almost the same as real butter. Scarcity made me grab these for when I can’t find butter in a pinch.
