This product was easy to install and worked as advertised once it was installed. My first unit didn’t work due to (I later found out) the flow sensor being disconnected from the circuit board. If the unit doesn’t heat water, I’d recommend checking the unit’s water flow sensor connection before you prime a return. Could have saved me some time.

I noticed my electric bill went down when this water heater replaced my old tankless water heater. I don't wait any longer for hot water than I did when I had the tank type water heater. All considered, I really like this tankless water heater for its performance and economy.

Heater arrived on time. Removed my old gas unit. Installed 3 new 40 amp breakers. Hooked up new heater in less than 3 hours. I’m so impressed how it can produce so much continuous hot water.
I’m a home owner handy man. Installed it with no complications. Instructions were very helpful,
I’m so impressed by this unit and would highly recommend to any one that’s a handy man.
BYW, I’ve re searched all the other units and this is the best out of them by far. Don’t waste time searching for something else.

Pretty bad when you spend $600 dollars on a product through Amazon and then they don’t stand behind it!! Beings I got it on June 20,2023 and it quit July 21, 2023 they say it’s past warranty date! They don’t allow time for product to get installed!! Was installed June 23, 2023 so did not last 30 days!
