mike pummill: Use it to heat baptistery water then working over a year doing a good job. Just had to make sure the pressure was up above its minimum. It does shut off when it’s supposed to have a good temperature control and it’s definitely something I would recommend.

AdamCAdamC: I set this up on the interior of my detached garage for an outdoor dog wash. I ran a PEX line inside the garage that connects outside to a water spigot for water supply, split the connection from 3/4” PEX to two 1/2” PEX lines for hot and cold to a shower and hand held sprayer. The power is run via a 50 amp nema cord and plug (this potentially voids the warranty according to the manufacturer).

The setup works great as long as I reduce the water flow from the shower. It can’t keep up with a fullly on shower (if I recall 2.3 gpm), but good hot water and a reasonable flow for washing off sandy feet or dirty dogs with this setup.

wayne61: Three of the 4 units i purchased are in operation for the last 3 weeks I unit failed in the first week of operation, It failed to stay energized. We follower the troubleshooting guide however, no codes showed up on the board. The distributor SAIN Stores replaced the unit. The other 3 are all functioning well to this point. The electrician verified the unit that failed had 240 volts to both inputs and the flow at each out let was more than .75 GPM.

Amazon Customer: Our current tank-less water heater needed to be replaced. We could not find the model that we had. We decided to give this water heater a try. The unit did not work as expected and finally quit one day. We gave the company another chance, so we bought another unit. We bought it directly from the Airthereal website. During that process, I was trying to get a replacement for the first unit. I thought Amazon would take care of it, but it turns out I needed to work with Airthereal. I sent an email to their customer support, explained the situation, they sent me a replacement unit free of charge. Laura was amazing in her communications. The only time I asked to speak with her supervisor was to tell them what a great job Laura did. We have replaced the original unit and works as expected. We are pleased with the results of the new unit, and overwhelmingly thrilled with the company and their ownership in our situation. We are looking at other products they sell that we are in the market to purchase. Airthereal has a customer for life.

Emily: Here is my 100% “gods honest” experience and i really do hope this helps people!! Sorry it’s a little long!…
I decided to give the 18k evening tide a try in my home! After reading the owners manual it was simple enough to understand how to install it! (I must mention i am a handyman by trade) it took a few hours to read, pull wires, and run some plumbing. I was moving my hot water heater location from the basement to the utility room on the main floor, because otherwise it would not take nearly as long since its basically a plug and play unit!!
I did have an issue… & looking back, i know my original unit was faulty out of the box… i had ordered it on cyber monday so honestly i am wondering if it was dropped in the mail… it worked for 2 weeks and crapped out… this is my first experience with tankless & no one i know has used them either… so i didn't know something was wrong initially… when it died i was sad to learn that their customer service line is only open 12-4 est & panicked a little lol…. But i found out you can email them any time and they will typically get back to you outside of that timeframe!!! They are a smaller company & so...
