Al: I really loved the purifier for it's functions and style and purchased a second one for a different room. However, the replacement filters have been unavailable for U.S. customers, both on their website and on Amazon, for well over a year. I don't recommend this brand if you intend on replacing your filters as needed.

Steph Byrne: I’m writing this review to warn people not to buy this product. It works great, but I’ve been trying for over a year to find a filter replacement. They’ve been out of stock on Amazon that entire time and the manufacturer won’t deliver to my location which is a major city in the US. It’ll work great but it will last as long as one filter. I’m about to throw mine out because of it.

Marcia A.: I purchased one each on June 8, 2022 and November 19, 2022. They work fine BUT I AM NOW OUT $200 AS YOU CAN NOT BUY REPLACEMENT FILTERS EVEN ON THER WEBSITE. DO NOT PURCHASE AS THEY ARE A WASTED OF MONEY!!! IT IS SAD AS THEY WORKED WELL UNTIL I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FILTERS!!!!!

Turk: I’m a smoker and pet owner.
Within the first 5 hours I could feel the difference in air quality.
Since then, I’ve noticed A HUGE difference in dust control.
Just remember to unwrap the filter before turning on!!!!!
