Waterman: Different colors have different resistance levels, so there is something for everyone. Low-tech but highly effective training tool for wrist and forearm strength, can be used to teach variations in timing of wrist rotation (for this use, hold one end and pretend you are twirling a rock on a string; different colors have different speeds). Applicable for PT or just strength training. Any sport or MA that requires grip strength will be enhanced if you use this. Don't let the simple nature of it fool you - this thing works, it's bulletproof, and it is sold at very reasonable price point (but you do have to actually use it, which is up to you).
