Doer, baker, armor maker: three (3) ophthalmologist offices said my very costly trifocal glasses could not be repaired or polished (Saved) after being splashed wth MEK. (looked like a shower door.)
.So I started researching plastic polishing... and found a product for removing scratches from DVDs &CDs. I made an order on my best guess. About 3 hours of wiping &polishing by hand. VIOLA!!! I cans seee thru the damaged lens good enuff to read. the prescription appears to still be adequate.
