Thomas C.: Mine seems to have a bump at the seam, which worries me during the repairs. Also, the wheel goes in backwards from what it would otherwise appear.

j preston childs: Took off a star because there's no information on use of additional solutions in kit. Also I misplaced wheel and must buy another kit since I couldn't find them as a separate item.

KSC4: I purchased this to use with my DVD system and it ruined my Blu-ray completely unplayable now. I did more investigating and discovered, according to the Digital Innovations website, this is NOT supposed to be used in the DVD system. You are supposed to purchase another base unit to use this with. I was disappointed because the DVD unit works amazing well and one reviewer had posted this worked on his Blu-rays with his DVD system...but how??? So, buyer, beware! If you have the DVD Skip Dr., this will NOT WORK WITH IT!!! Yes, it fits, yes, it looks like it should work...no, I do not know the differences between systems, but I do know I now have a Blu-ray that will not play at all. BTW, if you have not purchased a Skip Dr. DVD repair system...do it. That was the best purchase I have made since having children. It works AMAZINGLY well.

bucef: This order consisted of just the things needed to repair blu-ray disks, should you ever have the need to do so. Nicks scratches, and smudges are eliminated by using this product, as long as the anomalies are not too deep.
