Kathy34: I have severe arthritis in my hands. Until I purchased this knife, I was unable to cut anything to prepare meals, let alone cut things to feed myself. I really was beginning to lose my independence as far as cooking and feeding myself. This knife has changed everything for me. I can prepare foods now. I can go to restaurants and eat in public without having somebody to cut my food. It has been a game changer for me. The knife is very sharp and works wonderfully. I highly recommend it.

Shawscribbles: I have arthritis & my Physio recommended an angle knife. I was reluctant to order because I have a great set of professional knives but the arthritis in my wrists and fingers make cooking extremely painful. This arrived and I’m truly impressed I think this knife is even better than my pro set. I can chop my veggies for cooking again. Highly recommend!!

Amazon Customer: Everyone one with arthritic hands should own one of these. I would not be cooking without this knife. This is the second one I have owned and I am so thankful that Amazon is now selling it. I would also recommend the 12 inch chef knife for larger jobs.
