Whats good -recipes do not use a lot of different ingrediants you do not have to buy
a foreign country !!! Most recipes involve American ingredients mainly. Nice! Photos are done
giving us an idea of how to serve the meal,,,,prepare for such.
I can burn water and wives ,,,need HELP !!
Men this book is very helpful and ---you do not need to invite the over weight
mother in law over ! Jaws can stay away at the cave, your wife will love you as you -- surprised her !!!
Yada yada yada save for later .. the Phillipino author ,,got americanized ,, wrote an excellent presentation that we can use for great results!! Judge Judy will not be needed !!!

KOIS: it's a beautifully done book with lots of great pics, but don't expect to find a lot of recipes for your typical asian restaurant type foods. this may be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for. most of the recipes are healthier versions and of course being instant pot, there are no stir-fries or battered foods, and most of the recipes use some ingredients you'll probably need to look for. but it's a good addition if you want to try some different recipes, and there are a few traditional ones modified for the one-pot method. it also has plenty of directions for using the pot with asian ingredients and some useful general tips.

icedmocha: Love this cookbook! I grew up in Asia, and the recipe selections are authentic to my heritage. Made a dish this evening... not only was it popular for my family who love Asian meals, a friend who stopped by to pick up their child begged to stay for dinner because it smelled so great.
This book has a diverse selection of dishes from wide range of cultures and flavors. Instructions are well written with thoughtful and detailed tips for more unusual ingredients or processes. Pages are all fully colored and filled with photographs. The dishes we tried have been amazing. If you like authentic Asian food and Instant Pot, you will love this book.

Liza: Being Polish and really cooking a lot of Polish foods I wanted to branch out (and not spend hours learning and making something for the family) This book is my answer! The Chicken Lo Mein, Korean Glass Noodles, and Thai Basil Chicken are my favorite! I haven't made the orange chicken yet - but always wanted to learn how. Will update review when I make it!
